Our Work Assembly Area

Quality is our culture.

TQM Practice

We initiated TQM as it is the management system for a customer-focused organization that involves all employees in continual improvement. It uses strategy, data, and effective communications to integrate quality discipline into the culture and activities of the organization. Many of these concepts are present in modern quality management systems. We follow about 22 methods in TQM and 10 methods through the system.

Sunrise Meetings

The Sunrise Meeting helps us to re-boot our business each and every day, allowing our team to focus on the business objectives. It is one way of improving productivity and performance through effective habits and routines. It is all about collaborating with the team and planning ahead for the day. It also gives an opportunity for the employees to give ideas for continuous improvement.

Gemba Corner

Gemba Corner is a Japanese term meaning 'the workplace' where the leaders and employees can see the state of the process for themselves. We leaders, managers, and supervisors are expected to simply observe and understand the process. As part of the Kaizen methodology (continuous improvement), it is also supposed to encourage greater communication, transparency, and trust between the employees and leadership.
